Refund policy

All sales are final. Because every order is cooked fresh for you, we can't cancel, change or refund an order once it's placed.

• Missed pickup: food not picked up by 10:00 PM Tuesday is not refunded and may be donated or discarded for food safety.
• Returns: it's perishable food, so we can't take returns once it leaves pickup.
• If we cancel a pickup (illness, weather, kitchen problem), you get a full refund or credit, your choice.
