When and where do I pick up my meals?

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian options?
Yes, yes, and yes! I think the best practice to avoid gluten or dairy is to create meals that naturally do not connect the allergens. That way the meal never feels like its missing anything. Just check the menu for indicators or ask us directly.
Can I customize my meals?
Most of my meal options have the ability to choose organic vs non organic protein and choice and amount of carbs. We offer a rotating menu each week, but if you have specific dietary restrictions or requests, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver?
Currently, we offer pickup only in Austin to maintain the quality and freshness of each meal. However, you can use Uber's courier service to pick up the meals. Message me on instagram to find out more @paneerpapa
