I owe my love of food and dinner parties to my parents. Growing up, they were always experimenting with dishes for their next get-together, and that spirit of cooking for people you love stuck with me.
I leaned into it hard. Through countless YouTube tutorials, 30+ person dinner parties during my days at Babson College, and intimate private dinners for Boston socialites after graduation, I kept sharpening my craft — always chasing the next flavor, the next table, the next memorable meal.
In 2023, I left my supply chain job and took a chance in the food space when a friend asked me to come on as their private chef. That leap became the foundation for what you see today: Paneer Papa, my high-protein-focused meal prep service built around the belief that eating well shouldn't mean eating boring.

When I'm not cooking for Abhay, I'm a whole animal butcher here in Austin. Before that, I was training in butchery in Nimes, France.
Over the course of the past ten years i've been a cheesemonger, fishmonger, sushi chef, line cook, sailor and archaeologist. I've been everywhere man.
It's a pleasure making delicious, healthy food for all of you, and I take pride in upholding the high standards that Chef Paneer Papa aims for.
